ABSA Failure to update my credit profile

I have paid off my loan account with Absa, i need my credit profile to be updated as paid up and yet when they put me through to their transactional lending line i hold until my airtime runs out! i even got a paid up letter. Please update the account as closed on my credit profile it is affecting my score!!!!!
