ABSA Failure to support homeowners when they need it most.

This is a warning to all ABSA home owners insured by ABSA. My geyser started leaking on a Saturday, so i submitted a claim. The plumbers arrived and advised that the geyser was under warranty, and therefore they would need to report the geyser to the manufacturer to honor warranty. ABSA knew the Geyser was about to burst, but chose to wait for the manufacturer to honor warranty before replacing the geyser. The next Thursday the Geyser burst, and now the house is damaged, and the claim value has increased ten fold. When I asked ABSA why they didn't replace the geyser knowing it was a bout to burst, they said they needed to follow the process. ***??? The truth is that ABSA don't care about your personal belongings, nor your inconvenience, because they have the money, and can do whatever it is they like. Be warned all you ABSA Insurance owners.
