ABSA failure to deliver
I had a claim several months ago, most of the job was done...shoddily, and the final bit was a waste pipe in my bath basin that was damaged, several months later the contractors are arguing whos responsibility it is, the agent assigned at ABSA, is so ***********, that i haven't even received the courtesy of a response despite 2 mails to them

30 May 2023, 14:10Its Tueday 30th May, 4 months after the claim, no feedback yet, would i ever use a company that debits me upfront every year, and does not have the capacity to resolve the pettiness of a waste-pipe connection, to complete a claim 4 months later...and im a Private bank client ?
