ABSA fails to provide feedback

I have received empty promises from ABSA on email/telephone calls and even on their twitter.

I have been listed as a missing payment and I have sent all proof to ABSA.

I have logged over 10 complaints and no one gets back to me with an explanation.

It is shocking how ABSA is managing this enquiry from April 2020.
