Absa fails to protect their home loan clients by making sure they have moved in and enjoys their monthly installments only!!!

I am so dissapointed at Absa on not protecting their clients at all. I am a first time home buyer and decided to buy house through bank so could follow legit way of getting the house, but only to find that the agent tha sold the house to me still fails to effict people from that house. Went to the bank branch a month after first debit to report the matter and to find out what i can do because i have been paying for the house that am not living in however they failed to assist me on certain processes to follow since was in need. It been a year now me paying for the house and still do not live in it. I do not know what to do anymore because even court orders were issued but still no movement. What i know for sure is that should i miss any payments for loan the bank will definitely repossess the house and Sell it to someone else but now they fail to help us move in but enjoy payments every month.!!!!
