ABSA failing us

Absa in Pretoria North gives ridiculous service. Months ago we tried to update signatories of our club... we were told only Nanikie in Pretoria North deals with such. A consultant in Menlyn helped us to connect with her... I waited for her to send forms for weeks. Eventually after I called she send the forms with spelling mistakes... it took another few weeks to get that fixed. Beginning of June I sent her back the forms... my email and request was not attended to for weeks. I sent again I called she said she check... kept quiet again... two weeks later I called and emailed AGAIN... Only then did she attend to it. She claims she sent confirmation but I received nothing. Then the new committee members went to another branch to withdraw for a funeral... they were told nothing is done.. now we are stuck and can't give the deceased family money they need. ****py service. Apparently the account is now blocked.. mind you we started this process months ago
