ABSA failing to help me

Friday 31st of March 2017, I received a bank notification that an amount of R99.00 was debited from my account by MZANSI4U. Not knowing who these people are I phoned ABSA contact center and I was told the money was taken by SOUTH AFRICA PAYMENT EXCHANGE so I phoned them on ********** and they told me that they can't assist me I should call SA LOYALTY on ********** and I was assisted by Sonja I told her that I don't know who they are and why they would take my money without my authority and she said they will investigate why the money debit given her the reference number on my notification so I should give her my number so that they call me and give me feedback within 24 hours. I couldn't wait for them so I went to ABSA DIEPSLOOT and I was assisted by a male consultant OMPHILE and I told him that MZANSI4U took my money without my authorization and is it possible for him to stop them from doing this again and he said it's not 100% guaranteed I should phone the company and tell them to stop taking my money and I told him that I did that before coming here so he said he will try (Not sure what that meant) and he told me that they will charge me R27 and I said it's fine, I just need you to stop this company from taking money again. All I need from ABSA is to stop (block it) whatever it is that you do cos I don't know who they are and I didn't didn't give them authority to debit my account in the first place. How do people get hold of my account without my authorization? And why is it impossible to stop this in future? I know it's possible for a bank to stop authorized companies from debiting money from people's accounts. So why can't ABSA HELP? I phoned SA loyalty countless times today 3 April and there's no answer. So ABSA as your client I need your help or I will close my accounts and move to a bank that shows concern about their clients.
