ABSA failing their long term clients.

This is just an update of the saga of the business banker who has offered no service over the past 3 to 4 years to my business. A head office banker who was extremely helpful assigned a new banker for my business portfolio. The new banker called to set up a meeting and cancelled. He promised to reschedule our appointment but to date a week later nothing ABSA a disappointing experience. In the new year I will look to move my business account. After 17 years of loyalty to this bank I say No more
