Absa failing a customer: don't care attitude displayed

This is my claim number. Absa is failing me, we've put a claim last year during the heavy storm and up until now, our house has not been repaired instead they tried to put us in a corner, take a short cut and absolve themselves by trying to force setlement without fixing the damage. Settlement was a paltry R4500 when the damage was more according to the contractor they assigned the job. I pay my insurance every month but they are failing to do their job.
