ABSA failed us as clients

So we got a partial loan from ABSA. Once we submitted our first progress payment, the problem started. No funds available according to them. Since then I had numerous phone calls and emails as what they are now saying how progress payments work and the email and paperwork they have send, contradicts each other. I had a Teams meeting with someone from the bank last week Tuesday. He said that he would come back that same day. It has now been more than a week. They are not even replying on my emails
