ABSA FAILED TO INVESTIGATE DE*****ING BECAUSE ITS A BLACK AGAINST WHITE SCENARIO

July 2020 i purchased what was supposed to be a "site" from huizemark agent named Carl Nicholas Roritch in Standerton Mpumalanga and paid R 376 950.00 via Eft into their ABSA business account the he went AWOL for months and avoided my calls until I phoned with an unknown number he then promised that the transferring attorneys would be in touch soon.I sent out numerious emails asking for progress they rep**** saying they are still waiting for the municipality to give clearance figures and they have also app**** for a lost tittle deed all these processes will take about a year I then asked to be refunded my money their response was that they sent my request to the sellers they are awaiting response we waited for a month up until I decided to take legal action against the agent...my legal rep sent out a letter of demand giving them 7 working days to refund the monies and they responded that they will refund on the 5th of Feb 2021 up to date they haven't done so I have opened up a case of ***** with SAPS and I also reported with Absa to help as the money was transferred into absa account.Absa rep**** with an email stating they will call me within 48hours, 5 days has passed without any call or any help im really disappointed with Absa as I've been their customer for over 10 years yet they failed me. I feel as if my case is not prioritized because its a black against white scenario because my white collegue had a similar situation and it was resolved within hours by freezing the ******** bank account and ordering him to pay the colleague so they could unfreeze the account. I guess that how south africa works THE WHITES MONEY WILL ALWAYS BE PRIORITIZED
