Absa failed to assist us after paying for years

My home was affected by the floods, I called absa insurance and they promised to sens assessers to assess the damage . They only sent plumbers and electrician and never sent for the wall. This happed in April 21 , only electrician came and fix the eletricity . Plumbers never came back . for the walls they never came. Im so angry with absa and I dont know what to do?
