Absa failed spectacularly
Absa failed to protect me from an unauthorised online purchase payment. I reported the complaint Ref C-***5 and was told the payment will be reversed in 48 hours. It is now more than a week later, nothing was done, and now they just ignore all my requests for an explanation. Shocking courtesy!
