absa failed again

The blapsa app is really really bad. I have still to usedit once without an issue. Sometimes, like now, I needed to urgently get my recent transaction history on my credit card. Yip, no prizes for guessing that this does not work. No message, no error, no history, nada. Also cannot get a statement. Trying to contact customer support is like pulling teeth from a chicken.
