I Ndlovu Hengiwe Teressia ID **********085 would like to pledge.my complain against Absa idirect rejected claim. I forwarded them several messages regarding on my rejected claim but up to now I don't get any response. According to their letter of rejection there are dispute they tell me about the wrong information about the regular driver to my surprise they only asked for his valid driver's licence and South African citizenship and said if he possesses both of this he can drive the car they never talked about the premiums affected to a regular driver as of mentioning now because there is a claim they refers you on certain clause which when applying for such policy was never mentioned. The guy who called me about the claim he even denies that I ammended the policy in January but he said there's no such but is going to listen to our conversation but he never came back to tell me if it is there or not the only thing he was all about was the rejection of claim. How can you reject a claim without having all valid reasons not only those who suits you by that time. And what made me to be careful when ammending such policy about the regular driver in 2013 they rejected the claim saying he is not there back again they say anyone has a right to drive a.car aslong as possessing valid driver's licence and is a South African but in this I went furthermore giving the name of a regular driver for that car when mentioning all this he just ignores that and adress another point of driving the car. He said he was not supposed to drive the car on that situation but I explained to him that according to my knowldge when this happened he thought it was a.minor leak then ask someone to help him take the car nearby to fix the leak and it was. Then the following day he also drove the car from Pretoria to North West and back to Pretoria along the way that's when the car stucked then is the he called me then I told him not to move the car just wait for the insurance for towing and now they accused us that he was not supposed to drive the car as from the beginning. My concern is as we are saying he thought it a minor leaks and fortunately he thought it was fixed driving to NorthWest and back half way to Pretoria the following day so how can you see you are damaging some of the things until ypu are stucked and I inform him by that time about the policy cover. I'm very much concern and dissappointed about how long are they going to reject my claims, how can I trust them anyfurther? Please help me Concern
