Absa fail!!!!

You guys phone me twice a month to try and get me to pay my credit card. I told you months ago that I won't until you start complying to my request.<br> <br> I have a personal loan that I app**** for and had approved via e-mail. I never had to leave my chair. When I asked for e-mail statements, I was told to go register in a branch. Do you KNOW what a WASTE OF MY TIME that is???!!!!<br> <br> Anyways, I went to a branch 30 min ago, and did exactly what you wanted me to do. I phoned your loans department just now and probably got transferred 6 times. When I finally came to an operator, he took all my details and then told me there is no mail address registered on the system. I told him that I am looking at a piece of paper WITH THE DETAILS that the lady in the back printed. ONLY THEN did the idiot realize that it was statements for my personal loan and tried to make like it my MY MISTAKE. I pointed out to him that HE was in the wrong and he promptly put me back to the switchboard without apologizing or greeting me.<br> <br> I have done EVERYTHING you asked and I STILL have no result. You can stop phoning for my credit card payments because I will NEVER pay you. Also, if you ever take money from my savings
