ABSA Extended warranty refusing to pay for repairs
I bought a 2010 Golf comfort line 1.6TDI at Uni Auto in Pretoria the 17/04/2014 with a 2 year extended warranty, I am paying for insurance at Uni Auto. Adrian Nel at Uni Auto told me that I was covered for engine, gearbox and breaks. Everytime I took my car for its service at VW Lydenburg , they said the timing belt must be replaced and Maritza from VW contacted Absa for approval from extended warranty to replace the timing belt and They told her that I must drive the car until the timing belt breaks then they will replace it. Two weeks ago the timing belt broke, VW Lydenburg contacted Uni Auto and Absa extended warranty and they are refusing to repair my car. Please help me with this case.
