ABSA EXTENDED VEHICLE COVER IS A ****
I have extended cover plan with Absa and I'm just appalled at the lack of customer serviceand total disregard for their clients.
I would never recommend anyone to take out insurance with absa. They debit your money but when you claim they don't respond.
I have tried to claim for my scratch and dents since 26/04/2023. I have sent multiple emails with no response and I can never get through to the claims department yet they continue to debit my money for a service they not providing. I completely regret taking out this cover with Absa.
