Absa exploiting clients.

Good day I am so heart broken and feel hurt by the experience at Absa orange farm, on the 18th January I went to open a savings account so I can start saving money, I explained to a consultant I want to save money, she opened a current account somehow instead I found out that I suddenly owe 680, I understand the pressure they have for targets but to exploit us because we do not know about banking, they say I need to pay the amount they cannot downgrade or close the account and it accumulates every month.
