ABSA - Exemplary Staff Member

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Russell Edwards of ABSA on a legal and banking issue I’ve been battling to resolve with ABSA for over two years. This man restored my faith in ABSA as a financial institution of integrity. Feedback, efficiency and the service he provided went way beyond what could possibly be expected. He went out of his way to resolve the matter in record time, and in total contradiction to ABSA’s normal abysmal service, he totally outperformed every other bank or service driven organisation I have ever dealt with. ABSA should have him train their other staff on the importance of customer service and centricity. 10 out of 10 for service: thank you Russell!!
