Absa executors really bad

Never chose ABSA as executor. My brother left through a will drawn up by ABSA to my mother. My mom a young 82 year is now an old 82 year due to the stress ABSA has caused her with the way they dealt with estate When Marius from Absa started with the case he at first did not want to acknoledge my mom had userright on the house. We had to get an attorney and the deeds title printout to proof this. He send some one with out an appountment to come and take photos and he send a letter to my mom to sign off her inherritance. When she did not want to do this ABSA decided after months they are not competent to deal wirh estate. Please tell my when ABSA lost their integrity they were always a good bank with good trustworthy people working there.
