Absa executors not helpful

So we were in the good hands of Absa executors. Paid the fee. And now we sit with the mess to sort out. They have with clear instructions, provided the incorrect transfer papers. Instead of the trailer that needed transfer, the provided for my mother’s vehicle that was already in her name. And now we are standing in Absa not able to open a Credit card, because my deceased father’s accounts are on hold. We have spent 2,5 hours already at the branch. No idea.
