absa excellent service but can improve

I like to share my experience applying for absa credit.I app**** for absa credit instantly I was approved send supporting documents.I was pleased with service from absa thou interest little high as expected.

absa can improve on the little issues when system approves for example a credit card. instead applicant sending supporting documents I am sure absa can verify income from 3rd party banks permission granted from applicant. and another things absa can improve on is courier delivery when courier delivers credit for first time applicant why dose he or she needs to provide documents again when absa has verified documents from 3rd party banks whom applicant is banking with..accept for providing id to show courier driver.

overall absa is good bank to deal with I would like to move from my current bank to absa if absa can offer cheque account with overdraft facility

what I would really like absa to offer me if possible is a stand alone garage card with its own limit.
