Absa ethics on par as usual.... Never a pleasant surprise

Absa ethics... While I have lodged a complaint and there is still no finality on the matter, pertaining to my bond account queries, Absa has handed my account over to attorneys who are threatening foreclosure... So, the jist of it is, don't ask questions and just pay what we want!!! After 15 years of paying my bond, I still owe pretty much the same amount, but according to Absa, that's nothing to be queried... I owe them the "huge" amount of R40k and that supercedes the fact that my bond is still sitting at approximately R1million after 15 years.... Clearly they feel their rights are more important than their clients...
