ABSA Estates department - Poor service

Really poor service from the Estates department. The administrator of my Dads estate have been trying for two months now to get the funds that he has there, transferred to the Estate. Its not even a big sum of money. But they are giving conflicting information from 1 week to the next. Two months of stories ABSA? Really? Don't deal with them is my recommendation.
