Absa estates and departments of justice not help

Hi I have a complain about absa and master of high coury in Johannesburg regarding my late grandmother estate. she had a will with absa and she passed in 2017. Last year on 12.11.2019 we got a letter of authority. Absa and the court are not working together to help us to get access to get the funds in the account. We send lot of emails and phone calls to both absa and court. We eveb drove number of time Johannesburg from secunda with no luck and we bring all documents needed. Please assits
