ABSA ESTATE TRUST BAD CHOISE

Actually this department does not even deserve a rating whatsoever ! We are waiting a month after the estate of my grandmother has been finalized for ABSA bfn Estate Dept to pay the inheritance of the minor children into the Guardian Fund, each time we inquire they quiet us with yet another story. Where do we go for assistance because apparently their head of staff is either in a training session or on leave but never available for us to talk to him. I found the service they deliver very unprofessional and not to say the manner they assist you over the phone. Contact Details of ABSA TRUST 1ST Floor Provincial Head Office C/O Nelson Mandela & Donald Murray Avenue Bloemfontein ********** 630 Thabo Nkatlo Administrator - who doesn't find his job important and who very much does not believe in giving feedback or any communication to his customers unless we the customer contacts him, only to hear lies and send off to wait another 2 to 3 weeks with out any form of response or feedback. I feel ABSA is depriving my children from their money. Because whilst their inheritance could have started to earn interest, is it still lying in the Estate Dept bank account , Apparently the Guardian fund at the court doesn't want to issue reference nrs for the deposits of each heir. So now we should just accept that ABSA is doing everything possible to get this sorted ? what !! ABSA is doing nothing... We need help to get this sorted.
