ABSA ESTATE. POOR SERVICE.

Since my father in-law passed away in 2011 till now we have not received the executors letter or vehicle natus from ABSA. We went on our own cost to the high court in polokwane to retrieve the executors letter but could not get it as they are still short of the tax clearance certificate and paid up letter from ABSA. Went to sars and they cannot assist my wife as she is not the executor of the estate. ABSA have been nominated and appointed as the executors of the estate, recieved their money and everyone have been paid (including sars) and now we are still struggling to get the final documentation from them.

Please assist.
