ABSA Estate management - Slow if moving at all.

ABSA is dealing with the estate of one of our family members since 2020. The process from the start-up to now has been a slow and dreadful experience. Communication and feedback are slow if you are lucky to get any... We requested a different estate administrator and received the following message from her... " We refer to your previous emails. Kindly accept our apology for you to battle to get hold of me. I am the contact person. We have changed our working model and were battling to get to everything. Things are a bit settled and things will be different going forward...." SAD to say that nothing changed. We are is April and the estae has not yet been resolved... Thanks ABSA... all of this despite loosing our original natus documents and billing us to retrieve this agia.
