Absa Estate Intake Deceased Estates

I have sent in my partners death certificate and everything that I was told to do on the 4th February 2022. On the 9th February I sent in the asset list to same lady. I emailed her on the 16th February again to find out if she received my email. Same day I got back an undeliverable message. I tried phoning Absa Trust, was on the phone for a hour no operator answered. Later in the afternoon I tried again, was on the phone for 35 minutes no answer. The next morning I phoned early was told the lady I was dealing with was working from home and it was given to Melanie Bekker. In the days following I have left numerous messages for Melanie to phone with the switch board operator. No return calls. I have emailed Melanie, no answer. No answer on her office phone. From what I have read on Hello Peter, it seems that this is going to be a nightmare experience. Plse can somebody give me advise who to contact for advise going forward.
