Absa Estate

My father had an investment at Absa bank and it was due to pay out on the 6th June 2022 he sadly passed away on the same day. We were told to register his estate and we did it that same week. After 86 days almost 3 months till today. I have sended mails after mails just to be told they are handling it and nothing further. I have sended mails yesterday again and today again no response. We as a family are tired of this delay and no straight answer. I have sended a mail today again telling them I will send all the correspondence to the Obudsman and maybe they will get a answer as we are fighting with a wall it seems.
