ABSA Estate Department - Non Existent.

Trying to finalise my mom's estate with ABSA and it is taking years.

COB Received 30/07/2022 , Payments received - none - 2 years later. How long does it take to close of an Estate?

Please sort this out ABSA so we can move on from this. Thank you.
