ABSA Estate Administration ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST!!

I reported my father’s death ABSA Trustee and Estate department. I had to make 5 phone calls, of which sometimes I hold the line for MORE THAN 60min just to talk to a person. Then they still did not process the death. Once process after I begged and pleaded for assistance, they then give me a date on which they will call me, more than a moth later only, 1 month and 10 days later. Trying to relay the message that my late father owned very little of very little value, please could they resign as executors, so that the estate can be finalized and handed in at the Master by the time that they are planning to call me. Just to start. I have sent emails, tried to call again and again and again, all that you get is the same of the sameness. NO ANSWER, BEING SEND from pillar to post, no responses to emails a week later. WHAT IS THIS?? THIS IS NOT A SERVICE, this is a mockery of services to ANYONE – AND YOU HAVE TO PAY for this they take their 3.5% of assets. Which in this case would be minimal in the greater scheme of things but being a big organization, they can just shun you to the side and ignore you. In the meantime, we as family are trying to get to terms with our father’s death and ABSA is not helping. We, I can DO NOTHING until they take 5 min to just talk to me. There is no person to call, no go to ANYTHING – NOTHING. ITS disgraceful that ABSA does this to people. I can promise anyone that if my father was wealthy, they would have been one this ASAP!! I JUST NEED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON, that knows, that CAN SEE THE MADDNESS going on here and do the right thing!!!! HIGHLY DISGUSTED and would not recommend ANYONE LIVING SOLE to EVERY USE ABSA to administrate their estate or anyone they know!!
