Absa estate

I've been communicating with absa estate for the past 2 years regarding my father's estate Nd we were told that R90k is required which we don't have Nd I mention to them that my father had a living annuity with absa why don't they take that amount from the annuity which they said it's not possible how come cause the annuity has money Nd the is no beneficiary on that annuity which I later contacted glacier absa they Nd provided them with relavent person who handled the estate they send several emails but till today they have not responded kindly help.
