ABSA ESTATE *****
My Estate is taking forever. House was sold last year March 2024. I have newborn son of 4 months old and i am currently unemployed so i have been anxiously awaiting my funds but absolutely nobody is taking the reporting of this Estate with urgency despite all my e-mails to Noluthando at ABSA. I smell *****.

My apologies for the late response as i am finding it difficult to get onto any form of electronic device these days due to my unemployment combined which naturally has a negative impact on my finances. So it turns out that my initial complaint of delay by ABSA Trust will now turn into a complaint that ABSA Trust now wants to resign as Executors of my late Dad's Estate which is going to further frustrate me past my patience threshold. I am, as it is, very irate due to delay which i have found is on the side of FNB who must produce their renunciation letter to give ABSA the reigns regarding the execution of my Mom's Estate which is 50% of the entire Estate. To bring you into the picture, i have a 50% share of the estate given to me by Dad who was very lucid at the time of doing this and it was questioned in the ABSA consultation room at Zevenwacht Mall Kuils River. This was a decision he took after he viewed the WILL of my Mother who passed in 2019. RC Williams in 2020 when we setup the WILL and nominated ABSA Trust as the executors did pose the question as to why the Estate of my Mom was not reported and executed in 2019. I had no answer as i was not part of this WILL at all. So in essence as it stands all my Dad's paper work is complete and wrapped up and we are just waiting on FNB to renunciate. Problem is after i fired off a mail to Siphosakhe i got backlash from her and her Manager Nazreen who now firmly stand on resigning as Executors. THIS IS A NO FROM ME Hlungwane. Even if ABSA reserve the right to resign Nazreen must please provide reasonable proof as to why ABSA wants to resign to justify this decision. One heated mail and ABSA wants to withdraw on top of my already delayed situation is really ruffling my feathers. Please, if possible get hold of me via *** in order for us to ensure the very efficient and seamless conclusion of this Estate as the Property was sold March 2022.
