ABSA error costs me approx. R1500. Ignores multiple e-mails and calls after error.

<p>An ABSA error, when instructing the the bond attorney, results in me having to pay approx R1500 in additional attorney fees.</p> <p> </p> <p>All attempts to query this with ABSA results in either, emails getting ignored by both consultants and their ********** e-mail. Multiple telephone queries result in being directed or transferred to either a permanent busy tone or just continuous ringing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been just shy of a week and I can't get someone to respond to my query.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
