Absa employs a courier company with a rating of 2.5 to deliver bank cards

I have been awaiting the delivery of my bank cards by DSV couriers in George since this past Monday 27 May. My cards will expire today. My question is: why does Absa use the services of a courier company which has a rating of 2.5 based on reviews? They don't even answer their phone!
