ABSA Employee ducking and diving after she promised to waive off interest on my account

I have been having an issue with my vehicle and asset finance account @ABSA, I have been making manual payments since 2021 up until now, I have been making sure that funds are being paid into my account by the 1st or 2nd of every month. On the 18th of March 2022 I spoke to a lady by the name of Elize from Vehicle and asset finance, we reached an agreement that if my account is paid by the 31st of March 2022 she would then be able to waive all other interest that has accrued on my account due to payment being made on the 1st or 2nd of every month as it is considered late payment, in my opinion, late payment is payment received normally after the 7th of every month when the debit order that was actually submitted returns as unpaid, in this case, payments are made before this date. On the 16th of April 2022, I received a statement via email, I see that that are still areas of R4 473.99 on my account which have not been waived, I contacted Elize on this day and she told me that she was not at work and she could not help me, I followed up yesterday (20 April 2022), She promised to call me back after 12pm Mid-day and still noting up to now.

I see this ********* conduct as someone promises to waive the interest of your account then actually doesn't, when a matter is brought back to her to resolve she just keeps ducking and diving ? What am I suppose to think of ABSA and their employees if business is being conducted on empty promises, etc....

I would like to request a voice recording from the following telephone number : *** as this is the number I have been receiving calls from and sending messages to but, not receiving and feedback. May I please have this issue resolved before close of business today. I solely made payment on my account of R3500.00 in the believe that my interest would be waived and cleared as discussed with Elize telephonically hence I even sent her a proof of payment and gave her a kindly reminder that my interest needed to be waived hence I sent her to proof of payment on the 31st after she gave me a call reminding to not forget to make the payment, I then made sure that I keep my end of the promise.

Can I have this matter resolved urgently as it is beginning to cause a lot of frustration and irritation.
