Tumi blew my mind away with the excellent, going beyond for his customer, service he provided.

I app**** for car finance, not only did I get the car finance in a very efficient no stress way, but he helped me sort out other banking and finance issues that I thought was impossible. His knowledge must be treasured. His prompt and effective communication to all my queries and questions is not heard of in South Africa. This was the most painless, effortless and pleasure dealing I had with a bank, EVER! All because of Tumi.

My business account, credit card and cheque accounts are all with ABSA and I will be a lifetime client of Absa because of Tumi’s service. I will fight if anyone takes him away from being my private banker.
