ABSA EFT to Capitec. Monies missing . Transaction number 1605D982FE
I EFT monies from Absa to Capitec. EFT was done on 20 Jan 2021 and today is the 2 Feb 2021. monies is missing. Went into my branch at kollonade , they can't assist . Gave them bank statement of ABSA and Capitec. Monies is out of Absa but not into Capitec. EFT departments and missing monies department dont come back to me. ***** department say, we must wait for EFT and missing departments response. They do not reply to my emails. Please assist.

05 Feb 2021, 12:48Thank you for everyone assisting me from ABSA , monies was allocated at Capitec. Maybe for OFI... If monies was suppose to be EFT between different banks and it has not been allocated , why don't the program reverse the monies back to Senders account. The EFT and Missing payments department's has to work on there responding time, because this was ridiculous.
