Absa Eft immediate payment not showing on recipient

Worst bank, I was just trying them out and I'm going to move my salary to another bank. I made a payment to someone using eft and pasyharp. The recipient never received the money even thought it was taken from my account. I have been trying to get my money back for 6 days now. I get excuses after excuses. Their service is horrible.
