ABSA *****ED AS THE DAY IS LONG

Well after having gone through sequestrationon the 07/12/07 and having gone through the rehabilitation process I have been advised by ABSA that I still owe them money from prior to my sequestration for a vehicle that they attached and sold on auction. Here is the part that tells me that these people are just as *****ed as the day is long. At the time I had been offered the full settlement price by a friend to cover the cost of the vehicle but ABSA said that they were not interested and siezed the vehicle anyway. They subsequently auctioned the vehicle at a third of the value and are still insisting I owe them the difference. Folks this is pure theft as clearly these arrogent people who take your vehicle are full aware of the value and had my friend purchased the vehicle from me Id have settled and owe these ******* nothing. Banks are not there to look after your interests at all but there to use you as a pawn so do not ever think they do you any favors. they were also given a settlement figure decided by the courts so how Im still indebted to these muppets is a mystery. Scratch them from your list of trustworthy businesses to deal with. You will save yourself a lot of GRIEF.
