I had a great experience today in Absa Cresta Mall. Patrick Mbatha showed me how customer service is. He went all out for everyone that was there on the floor asking how he can help each and every one of us and he was also making us laugh. I have never seen anyone as humble, active and helpful as that guy. My day was made today and I have decided that I will need to go to this branch.
