ABSA East Lynne branch - worst customer service ever!!!
ABSA is the worst bank ever!!!!!!!!! On the 3rd of May, my son in law did an EFT from ABSA East Lynn in Pretoria to a Capitec account and until today, 5 June 2018 the money is not reflecting in the Capitec account, and was also not returned to his ABSA account. He went to the branch several time after the 3rd of May to try and resolve the matter, but somehow ABSA have no idea what happened to the funds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How is that possible???????????????????
