ABSA EAST GATE ATM ERROR

Hello, my name is Monalisa Ntombiyomusa, I tried to deposit R3,000 at the EAST GATE mall branch ATM, but only 800 came out of the machine. When I reported it to security, she said it was because the electricity went out, and I've been going to their branch since 03/04/2025 that the incident occurred but they don’t take me serious, and nothing has been done about it. Please help me out; R2,200 is too much for me to lose, my landlord has already locked my door, I have a small daughter, we have been sleeping where ever we found ourselves, I’m writing you people with the pain from the bottom my heart 😭 please help me out.
