Absa

I withdrew cash at an absa atm and my cash stuck in the machine. The cash were retracted back into the atm. This happened last week Friday. I contacted absa to inform them on Friday. I only received a case number but never heard from them again. The amount was over 4k and i need my money due to Eid being next week. Went without money over this long weekend and not sure how i am going to sort out my kids and provide food for Eid. I also have to drive around to find an atm that works or have money. Please sort out your issues because i am paying alot for service fees but not getting service from you.
