Absa duplicate vehicle finance debit order- no assistance on correcting their fault!

I made the mistake of trusting Absa to change my debit order dates. They deducted my vehicle finance two times and i contacted the vehicle finance no whom said that the second wrong debit order shows unpaid on their side and i must contact absa cheque card department which i did. After 75min of calltime as lines went dead they told me that money will reflect in my account again within 24hours. This happened on the 1st,its now the 3rd and it is still not credited with an unpaid. My credit card also didnt go off on the 1st but salary was reflecting already. On the 2nd it says witheld and now its deducted today! My insurance also did not go off on the 1st and i will be penalized. You took all my call minutes for the month, with no real assistance! I cannot pay all my bills! Im truly disgusted with this as ive been a client for almost 20 years and everything is With ABSA! My family members arent experiencing this lack of assistance at FNB. I still dont even have a reason for your ******** 2nd debit order! Correct this so i can pay all my bills and fix this error!
