ABSA DUNDEE BRANCH AND BUHLE SIBISI

Good day Appreciation where it is overdue.

A massive and brilliant appreciation goes out to ABSA Dundee, KZN branch and in particular, client consultant, Buhle Sibisi, teller services. I use the Wesreen Union transactions and I have NOT been happy with the ABSA long queues and disproportionate application of staff Oi n relation to areas of demand in the branch. Shout out to the manager (apologies ,I forget his name) for calling me regarding this and adversely correcting it. Buhle Sibisi has been stellar efficient and professional in execution and application. Congrats to this ABSA ambassador ,long may it continue and well done to the Branch Manager for fixing this operation. What a difference a month makes.
