ABSA drops the call!!!
Trying unsuccessfully to call 'Debt Review Queries' <***> on ***(Option 6) for immediate assistance. I keep getting cut off. Can someone help with this issue via a phone call? ref:_00D1r1GluM._5005qW0pyR:ref

Kindly be advised that we do not have landlines to make and receive calls at this stage however you can contact our debt review call center on ***, one of our consultants will assist you further.

21 Sept 2023, 12:27 Hi Nthabiseng, The query is that I cancelled my insurance in April and am still being billed for it. I need someone to explain why this is happening as it affects my capital. As mentioned, I could not get through telephonically and ABSA advised there is no land lines to call me back, which I find strange.
