ABSA dropping the ball in all aspects

After 10 years and I still have no joy with ABSA. My savings was cancelled 10 years ago. I still receive e mails which I ignore. My title deeds are also in a mess trying to retrieve. For so.e reason ibpaud my bond off a few years back and assumed it was all I order . I was asked to keep the bond account should I want to buy another house. Recently I find I amd still paying insurance and I need to pay a few thousand to close thr bond as it is now an arreas on my bond. To add insult to injury I attached the ABSA savings statement to a refund from an auction group paid to ABSA in error and am charged R1500. I need to wait 2 days as my account was dormant. It was cancelled where I received the balance on the account. A real mess.
